  1. I want to ask question abt coconut oil with curry leaves..

It says boil curry leaves with cocnut oil until a black residue starts to form…. What does this exactly mean? Can u please tell….How much time/ minutes will it approximately take? A black residue is formed..what does this mean exactly? Will the oil turn black? Do we have to put off the flame as soon as the oil starts turning black?
As i am soo confused in it… Can you please please tell me…for my convenience…..how many minutes will this approximately take? Also should we do this process on low flame.?Also, as i understand from your write up…we have to put oil and curry leaves and heat together.. .right? And not heat oil and then put curry leaves in it?

    1. You can turn off the flame once the color of the curry leaves turns to black. Do this process on a low flame. Yes, you have to mix coconut oil and curry leaves then heat it together.
