Then, close your eyes and start taking deep breaths. Breath in for a count of eight feeling your diaphragm expand. Then hold the breath for a moment.

Finally, exhale that breath for a count of eight imagining all of your thoughts exiting with your breath. This could relax you enough to put you right to sleep.

Regular Exercise

Back in the day they thought a woman should stay off her feet if she is pregnant but, unless there is some sort of danger in getting exercise, pregnant woman should be still getting some type of workout. It is an important step toward a healthy pregnancy. Exercise can also make your delivery easier and your child could be smarter because of it.

On top of all that exercise will help you sleep, whether you are pregnant or not. When we are physically tired sleep just comes to us easier. A great form of exercise could be walking or swimming, with the latter being less stressful on your joints. Everyone gets sleepy after a big meal, but that is not the advice we are giving here. Since you are pregnant you are probably watching what type of foods you put in your body because everything you eat will ultimately go right to your baby.
