1. Ice Compress

  • Take an ice compress or place ice cubes in a clean cloth.

  • Remove it after 15 minutes.

Note: You can use coriander leaves instead of mint leaves. Coriander leaves are also helpful in treating inner thigh rash.

  • Blend few basil leaves by adding rose/lavender water or glycerin.

  1. Went to the Clinic yesterday. My right thigh developed bright red spots. They appear on the inner, front and side of thigh. It does not itch, but I feel a slight pain. This happened about 5 days ago and just looking at what is happening to my skin makes me anxious and worried. After the doctor looked at my thigh he mentioned it could be shingles. I was freaked out. He prescribed pro valacyclovir. Today is the second day I am using these caplets and I have to continue for 7 days. I leave for Florida tomorrow for one week and hope I will be able to see some improvement as the days go by. Do you have any other advice?
