Ingredients:

  • Fresh-squeezed lemon juice

  • Dropper
  • Chapstick molds or small jar for storage

  • Add all the rose oil, almond oil, coconut oil, and rosewater.
  • Use a dropper to pour the liquid into a chapstick mold or jar for storage. Once dry, it will look like commercial lip balm.

  • 1 liter Milk
  • Pot
  • Clean cloth
  • Storage bottle

  • Heat milk in a pot and tie the pot’s mouth with a clean cloth.
  • Cut nutmeg into pieces and place it on the cloth.
  • Bring milk to a boil and reduce heat.
  • Simmer for 10 – 15 minutes while the milk vapor is absorbed into the nutmeg.
  • Remove nutmeg pieces and let it dry.
  • Grind nutmeg and turmeric root into a powder and combine. (Note: store in an airtight container.)

  • 10 grams Nutmeg powder
  • 10 grams Turmeric powder
  • 10 grams Cow’s ghee
  • 20 grams Beeswax
  • Airtight container

  • Add cow’s ghee and let it heat for 5 – 10 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat and add nutmeg powder and turmeric powder.

20. Homemade Natural Scrub:

This scrub clears dead skin cells and leaves skin smooth. Turmeric powder clears dirt, dead cells, and other impurities. Milk helps to moisturize the lips.

Ingredients:

  • Turmeric powder
  • Milk
  • Soft tooth brush

Process:

  • Add turmeric powder and milk in a bowl to make a paste.

  2. i am one of the female who is affected with dry lips since when i was 10 and i wounder why this thing happen to me because i never smoke, drink beer and so on. so now i got this information from the internet so i try my best to apply some of the instruction which is given. what is the method for apply glycerine to dry lips?

    1. Take a teaspoon of honey and add few drops of glycerine into it. Mix well and apply it on the lips and leave it on for 15 minutes. Rinse off with water. Apart from that moisturize your lips with coconut oil, almond oil or olive oil.
