1. Egg White

  • Spread an even layer of egg white on your face.

3. Egg White with Yogurt

  • Mix 1 egg white with 1 tablespoon of yogurt and 1 teaspoon sugar granules.

  • Combine egg white of an egg with 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar.

  • Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash with tepid water.
  • Repeat 3 times a week.

7. Egg White with Sugar and Corn Flour

Sugar exfoliates the skin and corn flour removes excess oil and lightens the skin.

  • In a blender add egg white of 1 egg, 1 teaspoon each of sugar and corn flour.
  • Blend for 1 minute and apply the mixture on the face.

  • Whisk 1 egg white, 1 teaspoon glycerin and enough amounts of chickpea flour.
  • Apply the mixture on the face and leave it for 30 minutes.
  • Rinse with lukewarm water followed by cold water.
  • For extra benefit, add 1 teaspoon honey.
  • Repeat once in a week.

9. Egg White with Cabbage and Rice Flour

Vitamin A, B, C and other nutrients and anti-oxidants present in cabbage prevent and tighten the sagged skin. Rice Flour removes excess oil and sebum.

  • Whisk 1 egg white, 5 tablespoons cabbage juice and 3 tablespoons rice flour.
  • Apply the mixture on face and leave it on for 15 minutes.

10. Egg White with Apples

Apples exfoliate the skin to remove accumulated dead skin cells.

  • Peel, chop and blend 1/2 apple.

  • Blend 1/2 avocado pulp, 2 egg whites and 2 drops of chamomile essential oil.
  • Apply the mixture on cleansed face and neck.
  • Leave it for 20 minutes and rinse off with lukewarm water.

14. Egg White with Carrots and Aloe Vera

This mask is effective in reducing wrinkles under the eyes. Carrot contains retinol which helps to regenerate the cells and aloe vera hydrates the skin.

  • Combine 1 egg white, 1 tablespoon shredded carrot and 1 teaspoon aloe vera.
  • Apply the mixture around the eyes except the eyelids.

15. Egg Yolk with Banana and Olive Oil

  • Combine 1 egg yolk, 1 teaspoon olive oil, and 1/2 ripe banana.
  • Stir thoroughly and apply the mixture on the cleansed face.
  • Let it rest for 20 minutes and rinse off with lukewarm water.
  • Pat dry and massage 3 drops of coconut oil or olive oil.
  • Repeat 3 times a week.

16. Egg Yolk with Wheat Germ Oil

  • Whisk egg yolk and 2 teaspoons of wheat germ oil.
  • Apply an even layer of the mixture and leave it for 20 minutes.
  • Rinse off with lukewarm water followed by cold water.

17. Egg Yolk with Milk Powder and Honey

20. Egg Yolk with Almonds and Rice

  • Blend 1 tablespoon each of cooked rice, ground almonds and lemon juice.

  • Rinse off with lukewarm water followed by cold water.
  • Repeat 3 times a week

21. Egg White with Orange Juice

  • Combine 1 egg white, 2 teaspoons orange juice and 2 tablespoons kelp powder.
  • Mix thoroughly and apply it on clean face and neck.
  • Let it rest for 20 minutes and rinse off with cold water.

22. Egg White with Apples, Grapes, and Chamomile Flowers

  • Blend 1 egg white, 1/4 peeled apple, 4 green grapes (seedless), 2 tablespoons heavy cream, 1/2 dried rosemary, 1/2 tablespoon dried chamomile flowers and 1 teaspoon lime juice.
  • Gently apply the mixture on clean face and neck.
  • Let it rest for 20 minutes and rinse off with cold water.
  • Store the remaining mixture in the refrigerator and future use.
  • Follow 3 times a week.

23. Egg White with Beetroot

  • Blend 1/2 beetroot to a smooth paste.
  • Add 1 egg white to the beetroot paste and stir well.
  • Apply the mixture on clean face and neck.
  • Rinse off with lukewarm water followed by cold water.
  • Follow 3 times a week.

24. Egg White with Orange Peel Powder

  • Whisk 1 egg white and 1 teaspoon orange peel powder.
  • Apply an even layer of the mixture on clean face and neck.
  • Leave it on for 10 minutes and apply another layer.
  • Rinse off with lukewarm water gently massaging in circular motion.
  • Dip washcloth in cold water and place it over the face.
  • Remove after a minute and repeat 3 times.
  • Follow this method 3 times a week.

Tips and Precautions:

  1. Application of egg can clog the pores and increase breakouts so if you have acne prone skin avoid egg.
  2. If the application of egg is making your skin dry, apply a small amount of coconut oil or olive oil.
  3. They can spread bacteria on the skin as raw eggs often contain salmonella bacterium.
  4. Consult your dermatologist to find out whether your skin is allergic to egg or not.
  5. Keep hydrated and consume food rich in protein.
  6. Apply sunscreen lotion before going out in the sun.
  7. Certain yoga postures can decrease wrinkles as well.
