How to boost your D3 levels? These foods are good sources – Beef liver, cheese, egg yolks, and fatty fish. We get a lot of vitamin D3 from the sun, so being outside as much as possible is a good idea. Cod Liver Oil is also an excellent source and there are many supplements available that contain this.

Many people dismiss essential oils as being ineffective, almost snake oil, nonsense. This couldn’t be further from the truth, however. These oils have long been used for their immune-boosting, and strong, antiviral properties – multiple studies back this up.
