Home Remedies for Obesity:

  • Drink this lemon water and now swallow the kalonji seeds by taking another half glass of warm water.

  • These kalonji seeds are generally very hot and thus you have to take them in small quantities only. So never ever take more than 5 – 7 seeds, as they cause some negative effects on the health other than reducing the belly fat, if you take more than the recommended dosage of the seeds.

  2. That’s quite a few teas to choose from, would choosing 2 to 3 primary teas and alternating each as the “Empty Stomach AM Tea”, or take them all, be okay?
