1. Lemon

Lemon has acidic and a mild astringent property which dries out pimples. It also has vitamin C which cleans skin. Always make sure to use fresh-squeezed lemon juice!

Process – 1:

  • Wash face.
  • Soak a cotton ball in lemon juice.
  • Apply to the affected area before going to sleep.
  • Leave overnight and rinse with water the next morning.
  • Repeat nightly until results are visible.

Process – 2:

  • Mix a teaspoon of lemon juice and a tablespoon of cinnamon powder to make a paste.
  • Apply to the affected area before going to sleep.

Process – 3: (Lemon with Groundnut Oil)

  • Mix equal quantities of lemon juice and ground oil.
  • Apply to the affected area.

Process – 4: (Lemon with Rose Water)

This process not only treats acne or pimples, but makes your skin smell great!

  • Mix small amounts of fresh lime juice and rose water.
  • Apply to the affected area.
  • Leave for 30 – 40 minutes and rinse with water.
  • Repeat daily until results are visible.

Process – 5: (Lemon with Sandalwood and Cinnamon Powder)

  • Mix fresh lime juice and a pinch of sandalwood powder and cinnamon powder to make a paste.
  • Apply to the affected area and let it completely dry.
  • Rinse with water and pat dry.
  • Repeat regularly until results are visible.

Process – 6: (Lemon with Cucumber)

  • Combine grated cucumber and 2 – 3 tablespoons of lime juice to make a paste.
  • Apply to the affected area and let it completely dry.
  • Repeat regularly until results are visible.
  • Also you can apply this paste on the face and neck and rub it gently to remove the blackheads which gradually give the way to pimples.

Process – 7: (Lemon with Pomegranate Peel)

  • Grind roasted pomegranate peels to make a powder.
  • Add lime juice and make a paste.
  • Apply to the affected area.
  • Repeat regularly until results are visible.

Process – 8: (Lemon with Milk)

  • Mix a cup of milk and either lemon or lime juice.
  • Use the mixture to wash face.
  • Repeat regularly until results are visible.

2. Garlic

Garlic has antiviral, antifungal, and antioxidant properties which heal pimples quickly.

Process – 1:

  • Rube a fresh garlic clove halve on the affected area.
  • Then rub the garlic on your pimples and leave it for about 5 minutes.
  • Leave for 5 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water.
  • Repeat 2 – 3 times daily until results are visible.
  • Note: Consuming raw garlic may also produce desirable results.

  • Mix garlic paste and yogurt to make a paste.
  • Apply to the affected area and let it completely dry.

3. Clay

Clay clears skin and prevent breakouts while absorbing excess oil and removing bacteria.

Process – 1:

  • Mix a tablespoon of clay and water to make a thick paste.
  • Apply to the affected area.
  • Leave it for 20 minutes or overnight and rinse with water.
  • Repeat regularly until results are visible.

Process – 2:

  • Mix a tablespoon of fuller’s earth and rose water (or plain water) to make a paste.
  • Apply to the affected area.
  • Leave for 3 – 5 minutes and rinse with water.
  • Repeat regularly until results are visible.

4. Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)

Apple cider vinegar is an antiseptic and acts as natural toner which removes impurities and absorbs excess oil. It also restores the pH balance to the skin.

Process – 1:

  • Mix one part apple cider vinegar and 3 parts water.
  • Use a cotton ball to apply the juice to the affected area.
  • Leave for 20 minutes or overnight.
  • Use moisturizer after every wash.
  • Repeat regularly until results are visible.

Process – 2:

  • Use a cotton ball to apply pure apple cider vinegar to the affected area.
  • Leave for 30 minutes.
  • Repeat 1 – 2 times daily until results are visible.

Process – 3:

  • Add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to a glass of water.
  • Drink daily until results are visible.

5. Tomatoes

Tomatoes are high in antioxidants and remove dryness when applied directly to the skin.

Process – 1:

  • Rub half a tomato on the affected area and let it dry completely.
  • Repeat 1 – 2 times daily until results are visible.

Process – 2:

  • Grind a tomato to make a puree or juice.
  • Apply to the affected area.
  • Leave for an hour and rinse with water.
  • Repeat daily until results are visible.

6. Mustard

Mustard contains salicylic acid, vitamin C, omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, and zinc which help rid pimples.

Process – 1:

  • Mix 1/8 teaspoon of mustard powder and a teaspoon of unfiltered honey to make a paste
  • Apply to the affected area.
  • Leave for about 15 – 30 minutes and rinse with water.
  • Repeat regularly until results are visible.

Process – 2: (Mustard Oil)

  • Wash face.
  • Mix a tablespoon of mustard oil, 2 tablespoon of yogurt, and a pinch of turmeric to make a paste.
  • Apply to the affected area and gently massage for 3 – 4 minutes.
  • Leave for 30 – 45 minutes and rinse with warm water followed by cold water.
  • Repeat regularly until results are visible.

7. Honey

Honey has antibacterial and antioxidant properties which speed the healing process and prevent infection.

Process – 1:

  • Use a cotton ball to apply honey to the affected area.
  • Leave for 30 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water.
  • Repeat regularly until results are visible.
  • Note: Alternately, wear a honey mask twice weekly.

Process – 2:

  • Mix a tablespoon of honey and a teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
  • Apply to the affected area before going to sleep.
  • Leave overnight and rinse with cold water the next morning.
  • Repeat regularly until results are visible.

Process – 3:

  • Wash face.
  • Mix 3 mashed strawberries and 2 teaspoons of raw honey.
  • Apply to the affected area.
  • Leave for 20 – 25 minutes and rinse with warm water.
  • Apply moisturizer.
  • Repeat twice weekly until results are visible.

Process – 4:

  • Wash face.
  • Mash the inside of an avocado and mix with 1 tablespoon of honey.
  • Apply to the affected area.
  • Leave for 15 – 20 minutes and risne with lukewarm water.
  • Apply moisturizer.
  • Repeat regularly until results are visible.

Process – 5:

  • Mix a tablespoon of plain yogurt or milk and raw honey.
  • Apply a thin layer to the affected area and let it completely dry.
  • Apply another layer and leave for 20 – 30 minutes.
  • Rinse using a washcloth, gently scrubbing in a circular motion.
  • Apply moisturizer.
  • Repeat regularly until results are visible.

8. Peppermint

The calming and soothing properties of peppermint leaves reduce redness and irritation caused by pimples. It has antibacterial and antiviral properties which kill bacteria. Peppermint oil contains vitamins and essential fatty acids which remove pimples quickly.

Process – 1:

  • Crush fresh peppermint leaves to extract the juice.
  • Apply to the affected area.
  • Leave for 10 minutes and rinse with cold water.
  • Repeat regularly until results are visible.

  • Apply peppermint oil to the affected area and gently massage for 3 – 4 minutes.

9. Cucumber

Cucumber has vitamins A, C, and E and potassium which cools and soothes skin.

  • Soak cucumber pieces in water for 30 minutes.
  • Either drink the water or use it to wash your face.

  • Note: Alternately, eat cucumber daily.

  • Grind cucumber to make a paste.

  • Leave for 15 – 20 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water.

10. Baking Soda

Baking soda has mild antiseptic properties and fights bacteria. It exfoliates skin to clear excess oil, dead skin cells, and dirt causing pimples.

Process – 1:

  • Wash face with gentle moisturizer.
  • Mix 8 teaspoons of baking soda and water to make a creamy paste.
  • Apply to the affected area.
  • Leave for 15 minutes or until dry and rinse with water.
  • Apply moisturizer.
  • Repeat weekly until results are visible.

Process – 2:

  • Wash face.
  • Mix 2 tablespoons of baking soda, 2 – 3 teaspoons of water, and a teaspoon of lemon juice to make a paste.
  • Apply to the affected area.
  • Leave for 15 – 20 minutes and rinse with water.
  • Apply moisturizer.
  • Repeat regularly until results are visible.

11. Papaya

Papaya contains vitamin A and has antioxidant properties which reduces inflammation, removes dead cells, and clears clogged pores.

Process – 1:

  • Crush a ripe papaya to extract the juice.
  • Apply to the affected area and let it dry completely.
  • Rinse with water.
  • Repeat regularly until results are visible.
  • Note: Eat papaya for added results.

Process – 2:

  • Mix smashed papaya pieces and honey.
  • Apply all over your face and gently massage for 3 – 4 minutes.

12. Lavender Oil

Lavender oil has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties which kill bacteria and reduces redness and blemishes. Make sure to dilute the oil before application.

Process:

  • Use a Q-top to apply lavender oil to the affected area and leave overnight.
  • Repeat regularly until results are visible.

13. Egg White

Egg whites are rich in proteins which prevent pimples and allow skin to rebuild cells. It also absorbs excess oil from the skin and contains Lysozyme which eliminates infections.

Process – 1:

  • Apply whipped egg yolk to the affected area using your finger tips or a Q-tip.
  • Leave for 30 minutes or overnight and rinse with water.
  • Repeat regularly until results are visible.
  • Note: For added results, apply lemon juice before the egg yolk.

Process – 2: (Egg White with Lemon Juice and Vitamin E Oil)

  • Mix 2 egg whites and a teaspoon of lemon juice.
  • Apply to the affected area.
  • Leave for 30 – 40 minutes and rinse with warm water.
  • Apply a thin layer of vitamin E oil-based cream.
  • Repeat nightly until results are visible.

Process – 3: (Egg White with Honey and Cinnamon)

  • Mix two egg whites, 1 teaspoon of honey, and 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
  • Apply to the affected area before going to sleep.
  • Leave overnight and rinse with water the next morning.
  • Repeat regularly until results are visible.

Process – 4: (Egg White with Orange Peel)

  • Grind a dried orange peel to make a powder.
  • Mix the powder and two eggs whites to make a paste.
  • Apply to the affected area.
  • Let it dry completely and rinse with water.
  • Repeat regularly until results are visible.
  • Note: Alternately, use garlic cloves and egg whites for relief.

14. Aloe Vera

Aloe vera has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties which cures pimples.

Process:

  • Squeeze a fresh aloe vera leaf to extract the juice.

15. Cinnamon and Honey

  • Mix ground cinnamon sticks, a teaspoon of honey, and flour to make a paste.

16. Orange Peel

Orange has large amounts of vitamin C which refreshes your skin and prevents pimples.

17. Sugar Scrub

Brown sugar naturally exfoliates and removes dead cells, impurities, and dirt from pores.

  • Mix 3 teaspoons of brown sugar and a teaspoon of honey to make a paste.

18. Green Tea

19. Steam

Steam open skin pores and allows skin to refresh which removes oils, dirt, and bacteria trapped in pores.
