I am taking 250 mg ginger supplement for relief of inflammation. Is this too much as it does have a laxative effect.
Will it color the stool a much lighter shade of color.?
It is recommended to consult a doctor and ask for proper dosage as per your medical history and constipation problem.
Thanks for the duty of care statement Mr Admin, but the Doctor won’t know anything about it. The answer you should have given is ‘possibly’ as so what if it does, other things are in the diet so colour varies.
Keep eating the ginger, it’s good for you. Cures coughing when you have a cold as well although you may find you’ll need to use a reasonable amount, not just a ‘bit’.
How many slices of raw fresh ginger per day should I eat for constipation?
