Hair gets its color from two types of melanin called eumelanin and pheomelanin, and more melanin means darker color. Most people start losing pigmentation and seeing gray hair at about age 35, but for some of us, genetics and other factors lead to premature graying. It’s more common among women than men.
Causes range from stress and overuse of blow dryers to hormonal fluctuations and vitamin deficiencies such as iron, vitamin B, copper and iodine. Other causes are aging, hereditary, regular usage of hair dyes, washing the hair with hot water, intake of tobacco, smoking, malnutrition, pollution and diseases like anemia, TB, PCOS, Werner syndrome, albinism, vitiligo, etc.

is there any side effect of applying onion paste on head?
It can cause your hair frizzy and smelly. So it is better to condition your hair to avoid them.
Hi,
I have recently started using a herbal hairpack. This is without Henna as I do not like it. I mix tea/coffee in it, leave the paste overnight an apply on my hair the next day and let it sit for 2 hours. The next day I use coco oil and lemon and then rinse it off. I havent seen any changes so far(using this since a month, twice a week).
Thanks for your reply.
I have a question regarding the first process given under the carrot juice, sesame oil and fenugreek seeds method. Am I supposed to keep it exposed to the sunlight in an airtight container or a closed jar and in case if i am supposed to keep in bottle, should it plastic or glass and also covered with lid or open while exposed to sunlight.
I did try to make it, I had kept it in glass jar and had filled up to its brim with airtight lid. Now after 21 days when I went to check it, some oil is spilled, a little more than some actually and the top 20 percent of mixture has turned a little dark in shade like almost black. It that how it was supposed to be?? And is it still usable??
Can you share the pictures of the Oil you made with us at homeremediesforlife@gmail.com.
